Choose the item you want  by clicking "Add to Cart". When you have finished shopping, click "Proceed to Checkout" and you you will arrive at our secure ordering form. Here you can choose the shipping method. We recommend Priority Mail. It is the cheapest, and we have had no problems so far with lost or damaged shipments. For International Orders we recommend DHL.

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase.

No returns without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Goods that are damaged will be replaced. If it is a supplement, food, or cosmetic product that is in the original un-opened condition we will credit the purchase price but not the freight. Opened supplements, food, or cosmetic products are not be able to be returned.

Any claims for damages must be made via email, or in writing postmarked within FIVE days of receipt of goods.

2. We will issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

3. You pay the return postage of the merchandise back to us.

4. When it is received we will inspect it, and then at our discretion either (i) issue a store credit; or (ii) replace the product (if the product is damaged).

5. There is no credit given on freight or postage.

6. Unauthorized returns will not be credited under any circumstances, nor will opened supplements, or food products.

7. There is a 15% restocking / handling fee that may apply.
